Joan's Universal Class Online Classes
Joan Waff's award winning One Stroke Online Classes, through Universal Class, is an easy way to learn to paint at home. The classes are easy to navigate. Students can download lessons and stroke guide pictures that Joan paints. Students have contact with Joan through her emails, lessons, assignments, and quizzes (no grades). Students are given links to visit as well as polls, class forums and group to participate in. Students have 6 months to complete the class by simply logging into their class sites every month. Joan has taught over 3,000 students worldwide. Courses are $20.00 each.
One Stroke Floral Bouquet
Students learn Tulips and Daisies, Pansies and Dragonflies, Chrysanthemum Design, Poppies and Daisies, Roses and Peonies, Ferns and Dragonflies, and Magnolia Swag. Students learn all the leaves, filler backgrounds, baby's breath, and the complete designs.

This is an exciting class. Using the Folkart enamel paints, you can paint beautiful designs on any non-porous surfaces, such as glass, ceramics, dishes, mugs, and more. You will learn dramatic wildflowers, perky daisies, gorgeous leaves, curliques, apples, berries, bumblebees, dragonflies, beautiful roses, and rosebuds.
One Stroke Painting - The Basics
This course is the best course to get you started in the One Stroke technique, whether you are right-handed or left-handed. Simple, basic strokes are taught in this course, including many tips and hints of using these basic strokes to paint many designs.

Gorgeous Flowers and Ribbons with Angle and Filbert Brushes
In this One Stroke class, students learn angle, filbert, round and flat brushes, paints, surfaces, irises, hyacinths, tulips, roses, small roses, rosebuds, leaves, background foliage, string bows, ribbons, vines, limbs, and twigs, as well as completed designs that you can use for many projects. Having the choice of brushes will enable you to create even more dramatic designs having varying results.

Birthday flowers are a great way to share your talent with the world. You will learn the flowers for each month: January Carnation, February Violet, March Jonquil (or Daffodil), April Sweet Pea, May Lily of the Valley, June Rose, July Larkspur, August Gladiolus, September Aster, October Marigold, November Chrysanthemum, and December Narcissus, as well as the leaves for each flower and complete designs.

This class is so much fun! You learn many of Joan's original designs, using the scruffy brush, along with other brushes. Students learn original flowers, cats, dogs, bears, Santas, angels, holiday trees, wiggle leaves, fences, foliage, and complete designs. This class teaches you about designing from simple shapes. FUN CLASS!
This class has Spring trumpets, hyacinths, azaleas, and violets; Summer hibisuc, water lilies, birds of paradise, and geraniums; Fall hydrangeas, dahlias, daisies, and wildflowers; Winter chrysanthemums, poinsettias, carnations, and pansies. Also included are parrots, butterflies, bees, dragonflies, and completed designs.
